About 15 years ago I was looking for something new because I had an inner feeling that something was missing in my life. What was not clear to me at the time.

On the one hand, it should be time for me to relax from the hectic day-to-day work, but at the same time include active physical training. So I discovered an advertisement in which yoga courses were advertised and I was allowed to attend my first yoga lessons in Lucerne in a dynamic and at the same time relaxing style. That was what I was looking for and the fire for yoga was kindled.

In order to acquire more detailed knowledge, I completed my training at medrelax and completed the 200-hour teacher training at Yogashiva in Basel. In summer 2016 I successfully finished the 300 h TT at Olive Ssembuze in Zurich.

I teach dynamic yoga classes, special lessons for expectant mothers (myself mother of 2 children, born in 2011 and 2013), yoga especially for athletes , as well as for women in the fourth trimester (regression), yoga and children's and teenage yoga .
